Planning a renovation or a new home involves many decisions. We listen to what you have in mind, keep your budget and the project's feasibility in view, and guide you through each stage. We work with homeowners across Auckland, Waikato and Coromandel. Wanaka, Queenstown and Bay of Plenty by arrangement.

THE PROCESS
1 - Initial Consultation
Call us and we will book a time to meet. Bring your ideas, any site information and your requirements.
2 - Concept & Design Development
We investigate your site and the local council regulations, then prepare a concept plan for discussion.
3 - Design Consultation
We review the design together and make changes until it suits you and your vision.
4 - Working Drawings
We complete detailed drawings, consulting planners, structural engineers or surveyors when your project needs them.
5 - Building Consent
We lodge the application and work with council to resolve any queries.
6 - Construction
We stay available throughout the build to answer your builder's questions and handle amendments or design changes.
QUESTIONS

Once your design is finalised, we prepare the working drawings and documentation, lodge the application on your behalf, and answer any questions council raises until consent is granted.

Not every project does. We check your site and the council regulations early, and if resource consent is needed, we work with a planner to prepare the application. Planner fees are invoiced directly to you.

Yes. We are available to assist your builder with queries and to provide amendments or design changes, which may need council approval. Project management services on request.
