Jamie is a Licensed Building Practitioner with more than 30 years in design, carpentry and project management. We know what builders need from a set of drawings, because we've been on the other side of them. Our documentation is precise, practical and ready for site.
We work with Builders and Developers across Auckland, Waikato and Coromandel. Along with Wanaka, Queenstown and Bay of Plenty by arrangement.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
Detailed, construction-ready draughting and working drawings
Complete building consent documentation, including lodgement and working with council on queries
Coordination with planners, structural engineers, surveyors and geotechnical engineers when required
Concept plans with basic 3D imagery to help communicate the design
Coordination of resource consent with a planner when required
Construction-stage support: answers to contractor queries on-site, amendments or design changes during the build, which may need council approval
Realistic 3D rendering on request
Engineers, planners, surveyors and council fees are additional and are invoiced directly to the client
