We partner with architecture practices and design studios, providing documentation support on an ongoing basis or to suit your workload.
Jamie has 15 years of architectural documentation experience for residential construction and 15 years in building. As he documents a project, he is effectively building it in his mind: thinking through the construction, resolving details and anticipating the questions likely to come up on site.

WORKING WITH YOUR TEAM
Software: up-to-date versions of Archicad.
Behind the scenes: we work as an extension of your practice, while you keep the design, client relationship and overall direction of the project.
Licences: we hold our own professional licences and insurance. Jamie can sign off as a Licensed Building Practitioner, or your practice can sign off under your own licence.
Confidentiality: we are happy to sign a confidentiality agreement.
