Jamie was a pleasure to work with on the design of our home. Jamie took the loose plan we had and turned it into a home that was exactly as we dreamed it would be. Jamie has a practical, creative approach to design and helped us make choices that met our expectations aesthetically, and our budget. Jamie’s knowledge of building allows him to recommend design solutions that greatly improved our outcome and look and were more cost effective too. We are thrilled with the outcome and can’t wait to build our new home.

I am a precut draughtsman and have been for 25 years or so, my experience in the building industry spans some 30 years and includes a New zealand certificate in building. I have seen thousands of sets of house plans, the quality of which seems to get worse every year. It is an absolute delight to see plans that are laid out so clearly, that have accurate dimensions to framing both in layout and in Construction detail. The detail drawings are both accurate and relevant unlike most other plans that simply contain cut and paste details Which usually bear no resemblance to what will actually be built. I place jamie’s plans in the top 5 i have ever seen and would have no Hesitation in recommending him to anybody wishing to build a home. I cannot stress enough how important it is to everybody involved in building a home to have an accurate and “ real “ set of plans.
